The blog is seen as a more dynamic extension of the existing website of the studio publishing not only the studio’s own work but also architectural and cultural works and news that White Ant Studio / FOA Studio finds interesting and inspiring.

White Ant Studio is a design unit based in the International City of Auroville and headed by Fabian Ostner. Born and educated in Germany, Fabian works since several years in India and – after three years in Bangalore (where he worked with a renowned architectural firm as project architect) – has relocated to this exciting place on India’s eastern coastline, just 150km south of Chennai. Here the studio shares a beautiful structure with another Auroville design unit, Castelino Marchese Architects. From this quiet location White Ant Studio works on a range of architectural and interior works in varying configurations. Among the companies with whom the studio has collaborated in the recent past is the team of Fountainhead Design, a large and expanding architectural practice based in Hyderabad and Vijay Nambiar Design, an upcoming interior design studio based out of Bangalore.

Hello sir,
